Try the unique experience of learning the traditional Japanese way of brewing tea! Lectures will be given by a tea master who holds Japan's highest tea certification, "Japanese Tea Instructor".

Using tea leaves from Shizuoka Prefecture, which boasts the largest production in Japan, guests can experience brewing their own tea in a kyusu (teapot).

The art of Japanese tea brewing is highly technical, requiring a special apprenticeship not only in the use of utensils, but also in understanding the nature of tea, water temperature and time management. A single difference in preparation can completely change the final result.

By learning the technique of tea brewing, you'll be able to integrate it easily into your daily life from now on and feel the Japanese history behind the process.

At the end, you'll have the chance to taste what you've prepared and take photos! The lecture will be held at a long-established ryokan with a long history.
