- Please allow ample time for pick-up to account for customs and potential flight delays. The driver will wait for up to 90 minutes from the specified time at no extra cost. If there is no contact after this time, the driver will leave, and no refund will be provided
- If you experience unexpected issues, such as flight delays, please contact customer service in advance. If an extension of the driver’s waiting time is needed, an overtime fee will be charged per hour (paid on-site), and availability depends on the day's schedule. Extended waiting services cannot be guaranteed

- Please provide the complete and correct hotel name and address. Any changes made on the same day may incur a fee and may not be possible, depending on the schedule for that day
- Please note that the driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from the scheduled time at no extra cost. If there is no contact after this time, the driver will leave, and no refund will be provided

- Our customer service team will serve you during office hours from 9:00 to 23:00 (Japan time).
- When booking, please refer to the vehicle's passenger capacity. If the number of people and luggage does not match the order information or the vehicle cannot carry more than the capacity, the driver has the right to refuse to pick you up and no refund will be made.
- Please note that the driver can only speak Chinese and simple English. There will be online customer service to assist in providing Chinese and English services.
- Please fasten your seat belt when riding for safety.
- Please keep your valuables and fragile items safe. No compensation will be given if they are damaged.
- In order to maintain the overall comfort of the environment, please do not eat or drink in the carriage to avoid inconvenience to other passengers. If the carriage becomes dirty, cleaning fees, time delay fees, and delay or cancellation fees for subsequent orders will be charged as appropriate.
- If your flight is delayed, please contact customer service immediately. If you are unable to use the original car service due to the delay or cancellation of the first leg of your connecting flight, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
- No refund will be made if the order is cancelled within 24 hours before the use date due to flight delays, cancellations or other force majeure factors.
- If your flight is delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled, please contact customer service or the driver at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. If you do not notify us in advance, it will be deemed that you voluntarily give up and the fee will not be refunded.

If you need to use the airport pick-up service, please contact customer service in advance. The fee is JPY2,000 (payable on site).
The general service hours are from 6:00 to 21:00. After 21:00, a night service fee of JPY7,000 per hour will be charged (payable on site).
