Set out early in the morning to experience the fresh air and peace of the Peak. We'll take the Peak Tram to the top, then stroll along Lugard Road to enjoy the early city vista.
Our guide will take you to walk downhill through Lung Fu Shan Country Park. It is a small country park in Hong Kong's Central and Western Districts. The park's main attractions are the war remnants. The Pinewood Battery and the ruins of historic forts provide an ideal background for a trip back in time.
Your guide will lead you to a local eatery for a dim sum lunch. The area retains a genuine community feel, with chic cafés coexisting with small retailers and eateries. Dim Sum lunch will include shrimp toast, spring rolls, shrimp dumplings, rice rolls in XO sauce, BBQ pork buns etc. Please tell us in advance if you have any food allergy or food you do not eat. Then we will take Ding Ding (Tram) to visit Central Market. The tram system in Hong Kong was one of the city's first means of public transportation, having started in 1904 during British control. It has the world's largest operational double-decker tram fleet and is a unique example of a tram system that only uses them.
