Practicing yoga and meditation is a perfect way to start the morning. Our pavilion is located in a tranquil area surrounded by nature with views of our gardens and the Khan River and offer daily morning 8 am class and evening 4 pm class. Each class will take approximately 1 hour. We create the best atmosphere to practice yoga, chi kung and meditation. So come, relieve some stress, strengthen the body and mind, and enjoy connecting to your true self again.

Our yoga classes in Luang Prabang are open to all levels, so join us today and relieve stress, stretch and strengthen the body, awaken your energy, and bring calmness to the mind. Reconnect with yourself. Yoga relieves stress, strengthens the body, awakens your mind, and brings overall tranquility. This class will allow you to recharge the batteries in a natural setting, dedicated to your well-being. Discover the benefits of the various yoga techniques our experienced instructors use: hatha, vinyasa, yin, or kundalini. Each class will end with a guided meditation session called ‘yoga nidra’. It’s performed by lying comfortably on your back, eyes closed, and focusing on specific breathing patterns. Please note: The classes are in the morning from 8:00 am to 9:00 am and in the afternoon from 16:00pm to 17:00pm. Sessions can be adapted to all physical conditions and requirements.
