Telltale Ghost Tour
On Old Town Square, your guide will meet you in a historical costume of an early 1900's writer and lore collector. The guide will take you into the dusky medieval lanes of the Old Town district, where you will be shown places where tragic events happened and ghosts are appearing ever since. In Old Prague, the dead walked among the living, the devil was tempting mortals to sin and mysterious creatures occupied the underworld. The stories about them were passed on for centuries.
Through the lightly theatrical storytelling, you will familiarize yourself with the authentic creepy lore of the locals. You will also learn a lot about the city’s past. Your guide will put the tales into historical context that further expands your understanding of Prague and its horrorful side.
The tour starts on Old Town Square and ends at the Charles bridge, (see under “Tour details”), leading through picturesque areas off the beaten path with hidden gems. The group is limited to 10 people.
