Telegraph Rock Hiking with Wild Beaches
The Telegraph Rock is distant from most districts of Rio and the private transport to the beginning of the hiking is a stand out.
Normally the Telegraph Rock is one of the most demanded places in Rio for hiking. For this reason we suggest to go early and watch the sunrise. Otherwise, we may wait for hours only to take that famous photo on the cliff (it isn't an exageration).
However, we can set the activity to begin the time that better suits you and your group.
Overall, we wake up early into the dawn and go to the Telegraph Rock. After watching the sunrise and take fun and thrilling photos from the top of the cliff, we head to two wild beaches of Rio by car and enjoy the lush nature around them.
Another highlight is the return to the accomodation itself, when we pass by the seaside of Rio de Janeiro, appreciating amazing views.
To sum up, this activity envolves 2 hours hike (round trip) to Telegraph Rock, plus spare time in two different wild Beaches of Rio (Gumari and Prainha)

You might have seen people hanging on a rock over a cliff, right? Well, actually the Telegraph Rock enable us to take amazing pictures seeming we are indeed in a truly fight for survival. But there is a platô right below where we can step confortably. Therfore, it is just a matter of perspective. Let's have fun and make the craziest photos together!
Grumari
Undoubtedly Grumari beach is one of the most fascinating sand extensions in Rio de Janeiro. Firtst of all, it is one of the most exclusive beaches in Rio. Since Grumari gets distant from most districts of Rio,it hardly gets crowded. Also, this is one of the largest beaches in Rio and you can simply pick the place you like the best, be it close to one of the numerous kiosks along the beach or some more isolated spot. Finally, the nature we find in Grumari is imbelieveble. Islands and well-preserved-vegetation mountains border the landscape around the beach Can you picture this? Ocasionally, it's possible to see animals such as aligators in their own natural habitat nearby Grumari.
Parque Natural Municipal da Prainha
What about stop by a beach spotted inside an environmental reserve? Well, Prainha beach will be the third stop of our tour. This beach stand out from the others not only for the incomparable natural beauty but for the beach goers going there. There is a large number of hiking trails in this park with breathtaking views and laid-back energy. Prainha is the "surfers paradise" in Rio and the youthfull atmosphere down there is both contagious and vibrant. A perfect tip for getting the energy back after our trail to Telegraph Rock in taking the typical brazilian Açai smoothie. It's delicious!
