- Booking requires a reservation of date and time. After booking confirmation, the actual 101 e-ticket (QR-Code) will be sending it to you via e-mail.

- Please redeem the voucher and collect a physical ticket at the ticket counter if you arrive late for more than 30 minutes
- If you would like to visit earlier than the chosen time, you need to go to the online reservation counter on the 5th floor to inquire. The staff will assist you with rescheduling based on the availability
