Table Mountain is one of the great 7 Wonders of the World, making it an absolute "must do" activity. With its distinctive flat summit it is one of the most recognisable landmarks globally.
The mountain’s rich biodiversity, part of the Cape Floral Kingdom, includes many endemic plant species. Hikers often witness the famous “tablecloth” cloud formation and can choose to descend via the scenic cable car. What makes it truly special is the rare blend of raw nature, dramatic landscapes, and easy access from a vibrant city, all in a single experience.

On the way we'll learn more about the "Fynbos" plant family and its diversity and have a look at some of Table Mountains surrounding peaks and their unique names. Follow with us in the footsteps as so many before and hear more about the stories this mountain holds. Before we start there will be a safety briefing and overview of the hike so everyone is prepared for what is to come. The first section feels steep as we ease into a comfortable hiking pace. Once we reach the contour path we'll have our first water break, from here the view only gets better. You might find some sections which can feel high and exposed. We are qualified and trained to assist and coach you over the obstacle. As we hike we will have more chance to talk about Cape Town and South Africa, it's beautiful people with all the bright cultures. From the top well have 360 degree views of the full Cape Town and its surroundings and end the hike off on the very top of the mountain at the Upper Cable Station.
