Glide across the calm morning waters, soak in the peaceful vibes, and learn some basic paddling techniques along the way. Our small-group Sunrise Paddle Experience starts around 6:00 AM and lasts 1.5 hours—the perfect way to begin your day. We’ll provide all SUP equipment and drinking water—just bring your swimsuit, towel, hat, and sunscreen. No need to worry about taking photos—we’ll capture the moments for you and share them after the tour! We keep our groups small to make sure everyone has a fun, safe, and relaxed experience. Suitable for adults and teenagers (15+). No experience needed—this tour is perfect for beginners and experienced paddlers alike. We’ll teach you everything on the day! Start your morning with an unforgettable adventure on the water!

- Free hotel transfers provided in the following locations: Bangrak, Bophut, Chaweng Beach and Choeng Mon.
- A maximum of 4 people per tour

Pickup and Dropoff
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 30 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
Complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off are available for guests staying in Chaweng, Bophut, Bangrak, Choeng Mon, and Plai Laem. Your pick-up time will be confirmed closer to your scheduled paddle. If you're staying outside of these areas, you'll need to arrange your own transport to meet us at the beach. We'll provide the exact meeting location in advance.

- Please meet us on the beach in front of Secret Garden beach resort in Bangrak. There is street parking available. Just walk through the resort to the beach.
