The experience take place in the seaview grandmother villa, where we live together from when i was born. Are you ready to discover the unique flavors of the local cuisine transmitted by my grandmother, while exploring our traditional Italian lifestyle? The experience is hands-on and you can learn some valuable cooking skills and tips. Here you will be the chef and the diner, learning to cook the specialties of our cuisine, handed down to me by my grandmother! You will learn new cooking techniques, all from the scratch that you can easily replicate at home, such as learning how to make gnocchi, eggplant parmesan and the typical tiramsù. You will be completely immersed in the Italian lifestyle in a convivial atmosphere among lemon and olive trees, and I show you also how we produce olive oil and limoncello. My goal is that this experience remains in your mind but above all in your heart!

Here, you will prepare healthy and authentic meals, using the best local ingredients collected from the family garden, and you will drink local wine and limoncello after relaxing with a welcoming coffee and enjoying with us. We will be happy also to tell you something about our life, our aspirations and passions, exchanging opinions, suggestions and advices. STARTER - Eggplant parmesan
This is a traditional dish made with fried eggplant, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, and Parmigiano cheese, all baked for 15 minutes!
MAIN - Gnocchi
Our most traditional fresh pasta, made with potatoes and flour. In the end, we will mix everything with the original tomato sauce and basil!
DESSERT - Homemade Tiramisù

- Meeting point will be at the big bus parking "Lauro”. Please stand close the "ATM MACHINE AND THE TOILETTE INSIDE THE BUS PARKING". The driver will collect you at the starting time but please show there at least 10 minutes before the starting time because the driver cannot wait for late arrivals.
