After this wine tasting, enjoy some free time in Beaune, a city of history and the capital of Burgundy wines (about 1 hour). Suggestions for free time (entrance fees not included): > The Hospices de Beaune, a masterpiece of Burgundian art > A great Burgundy wine tasting in the cellar (7 to 10 wines) > A tasting at the Moutarderie Fallot (closed on Sundays) > The old town and its traditional shops (blackcurrant, mustard, gingerbread, Anise of Flavigny, etc.) The Champs-Elysées of Burgundy on the Route des Grands Crus, with its mythical plots of land: Romanée Conti, Chambertin, Clos de Vougeot, Echezeaux, Corton Charlemagne, etc. A short walk through the vineyards.
