Airport Drop-Off Overtime Surcharge : For airport pick-up transfer service, your driver will wait for you for up to 10 minutes . A surcharge applies for exceeding the waiting limit (S$20 for every 15 mins)
Long Distance Over 28km Surcharge : Calculate distance on Google Map using the route with the shortest distance. A surcharge applies for over 28 kilometers at $20 surcharge to be paid to the driver.

- If you choose YES need Meet and greet Service, the driver will perform a meet and greet at the Arrival Hall with a board containing the name of the customer.
- If you choose NO need Meet and greet Service, driver will contact the passengers 1 day before and give them guidance to the pickup point.
- Arrival Transfers (Airport Pick-up): Please state your arrival date and flight number when you make the booking. The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from actual flight landing time. If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered as a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.
- Departure Transfers (Airport Drop Off): Please state your hotel address (Hotels in Singapore) and preferred pick-up date and time when you make the booking. Please provide ample time for hotel pick-up (at least 3 to 4 hours before your flight departure time), and please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time The driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pick-up time. If you are uncontactable after the scheduled pick-up time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.
- The driver information will only be confirmed 1 day before your travel date after 7:30 pm, please make sure you check your WhatsApp or Over The Planet message, the driver will message you for more details for your driver car number and phone number.
