A tour of the longest siege in modern warfare. This tour will try to explain the life of a besieged city, the most important events and battles, the political and strategic situation and tell the history on why and how did the war start and end. We will visit Tunel DB, sniper nest, and the bobsled track.
From 1992 until early 1996 Sarajevo was completely cut off from the rest of the world. This tour will show you the history, politics, strategy, aims and madness of the longest siege in the history of modern warfare.
How did Bosnian army form? How strong was aggressors army? How did the siege start? What were the worst atrocities? What was the role of international community? How did the citizens of Sarajevo defend themselves? How many projectiles were fired on the city daily? Answer to these and many more questions is in this tour.
Additional sights: We will add a short visit to Markale green market and Stadium graveyard.

We will talk about the siege, watch a movie, explain the life in besieged city and walk through the remains of the Tunnel.
We will visit the artillery positions from which the city was bombarded.
