  • Ticket is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
  • The Package may only be redeemed at the Hub & Spoke Café at Changi Airport, by displaying the Customer’s proof of purchase.
  • Each $10 dining voucher must be redeemed in full quantum in a single receipt at the time of payment.
  • All Package purchases and redemptions are final and are non-negotiable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, damaged, or expired. The Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of the Package. 
  • CAG reserves the right to terminate the Package or to vary the terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without notice. 
  • CAG and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with the Package, and the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Customer or by any other party in relation to the Package.
