When you book with us, we will provide all the necessary information to the driver for pick-up and drop-off. Please be sure to send us your drop off place if different from our main drop off point. Our vehicle is identified with the company name "Destinos Turisticos 502." The usual route that we take is from from Panajachel is from our meeting point to Las Cruces and then passing through the towns of Las Trampas, Tecpan, Patzicia, El Tejar and arrival to Antigua. We make a stop halfway for restrooms only for 5 to 10 minutes.

We do pick up, only downtown Panajachel, not outside downtown area (Calle Santander, Calle del Embarcadero, Calle Principal, Calle Rancho Grande, Calle El Amate). Please be ready at the lobby, or main gate (door) 5 minutes before agreed pick up time. The pick up time usually starts 30 minutes before departure time.
