  • Just under the flags of The Casa de la Provincia at 16:00h to start the visit to the Alcazar at 16:15h, the building is located next to the Tourism Office in Plaza del Triunfo. Our workers are uniformed and are perfectly recognizable by their blue jackets with the company logo on the chest.

End Points

  • After the official visit, the client will have free time to visit the palatine complex of the Alcazar and its gardens. The Alcazar offers visitors a small coffee shop where visitors can take all they need, a souvenir shop, and a bathroom.

The traveler or group of travelers who have made the same reservation with our agency will not worry about the entrance since it will be our guide who will be responsible for presenting it at the access point to the Alcazar. The visitor must only check at the point of encounter and identify. From May 1, 2020, it will be necessary for the client to accompany his ID or passport with the entry ticket to the Alcazar at the access point.
