Purchase Summary
[Who Can Fly / Eligibility]
- Flyer must be aged 7 years and above.
- Flyers must weigh less than 120kg if shorter than 180cm, or 140kg if taller than 180cm.
- Flyers must not be pregnant, have no plaster cast; are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs; have not previously dislocated the shoulder; and have no history of back or neck injury or heart problems.
[Waiver Form]
- All flyers must fill in the Waiver Form.
- Flyers below 18 years of age need a signed permission from a parent or guardian.
[Pre-Flight Requirements]
- Flyers are required to check in 1 hour before the flight time, as all flyers need to attend professional training to ensure safety throughout the flight experience.
- Flyers must be able to comfortably wear the helmet.
- Flyers must wear T-shirts, shorts, jeans, or pants.
- Skirts or dresses are not advised.
- Flyers must wear closed-toe shoes with laces, preferably sneakers or track shoes (Charge of S$4 for a pair of iFly Singapore Socks and rental of a pair of sneakers).
- Avoid wearing accessories like necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, etc.
- Flyers are to present a Photo ID / Passport for verification during check-in.
- Strictly no photography or videography is allowed directly in front of the wind tunnel.
- No refunds for any flight cancellation, no-show, or late check-in.
