Self guided kayaking on the Žeimena River in eastern Lithuania
The start of the swim is at the meeting point (our kayak rental point), so you can arrive at a convenient time for you.
We have special lightweight paddles for children.
We have life jackets in all sizes. From those intended for the smallest (from 10 kg.) to 140 kg.
Our rental kayaks are flat-bottomed, similar to canoes. They are stable, it is really difficult to turn over. An additional seat for a child (up to about 4 years old) can be placed in the middle of the double kayak.
We were the first in Lithuania to start renting kayaks, so you really have everything you need to make your trip great :-)

(Subject to Option Inclusions)Easy, beautiful, relaxing swimming on the Žiema River. The river flows through sand dunes, so the water is very clear. The coasts are mostly wild, and there are a few villages. There are mostly pine forests on the coasts. Lots of cozy furnished and wild stops. The start of the swim is at the meeting point (our kayak rental point), so you can arrive at a convenient time for you. Most swimmers start swimming at 10am. until 12 o'clock Swimming distance - 18 km. The sailing duration with stops is about 5 hours. After the swim, quick transport back with our transport.
Inclusions
- One place in a double kayak, life jackets, paddles. kayakers and transportation to the start of the swim.

- From the capital Vilnius, you can take a tram to Švenčionėliai. From Švenčionėliai, we can take you to the start of the swim at our kayak rental point in Kalatanėnai for an additional fee (about €4/person).
