Sato Sensei’s friendly and humorous teaching style makes the class easy to follow and enjoyable for everyone. This is more than just a cooking class—it’s a cultural journey. Hear fascinating stories about fish, ingredients, and sushi traditions, while observing expert knife skills and techniques up close. Enjoy your freshly made sushi during the session, and take part in a relaxed Q&A with the chef at the end. The class is conducted in Japanese with a professional English-Japanese interpreter, so English speakers are fully supported. Private classes are available—feel free to message us for details!
