Step inside our Roasting Room to observe an Arabica roast in action, guided by a professional. You'll get to see, hear, and smell the transformation process, learn how to evaluate roasted beans, and compare Arabica and Robusta. Finally, gain useful tips on packaging and preserving your coffee to keep it fresh and aromatic. 9h45.am to 11h.am After a short break in the Brewing Room, guests will be introduced to the traditional Vietnamese Phin brewing method, including how to select the right beans for this iconic style. Everyone will follow along to brew their own phin coffee alongside the guide. Next, participants split into teams to craft two classic drinks—iced black coffee and iced milk coffee—then taste and enjoy their creations. The session continues with an introduction to the Espresso machine, where guests will learn to grind, tamp, and extract espresso shots. Finally, get hands-on experience making Italian favorites like Americano, Latte, and Mocha, followed by a showcase of the products used throughout the workshop.
