You will be on your feet for a full 70 minutes, and there are 124 steps to climb
The digitally mapped display inside the clock tower contains flashing lights and loud sounds which may affect you if you suffer from photosensitive epilepsy
Once the tour has left from the visitor center on the lower ground floor, it is not feasible to join. Refunds or modifications cannot be accommodated in case of missing your scheduled timeslot
Umbrellas, wheeled bags and bags larger than hand luggage are prohibited on the tour
If a visitor prefers not to use the lift, they have the option to climb the 300 stairs (10 flights) to the 10th floor. Please notify a staff upon arrival to make arrangements for this
Visitors must be able to complete the full tour. There is no option for a partial tour
Each tour is limited to a maximum of 16 participants. Larger groups will be divided into consecutive tours, with each group starting 15 minutes apart. While awaiting their tour, visitors can explore the visitor center and delve into the history before their scheduled tour
