Vehicles are available to suit most needs, from luxury sedans to SUVs and mini vans.
The door-to-door service includes a pick-up from your hotel, or requested address in Hanoi City, or from Noi Bai Airport. Drivers have a minimum of 3 years driving experience, and a basic understanding of English. They are all friendly, helpful and polite at all times, they also understand your need for comfort and safety.
Vehicles are well maintained, feature wi-fi, smoke free and kept clean inside and out. Heating and cooling systems are provided for your comfort, while full safety equipment is stored on board, including fire extinguisher, spare tire and first aid kit in the unlikely event they are needed. A travel guide to Vietnam, as well as mineral water are provided free of charge with prior notice.
