How to find us: Upon debarkation, please take one of the free shuttle buses from your cruise ship until the meeting point in LARGO DELLA PACE (10 minutes ride). The staff from CIVITATOURS will be waiting for you wearing yellow uniforms (t-shirts/jackets). They will indicate you the bus. Please plan to be at the designated departure location at least 15 minutes before the departure time. You can find a line to take the free shuttle from your cruise, please consider this.

- Departure from the Cruise Terminal "Largo della Pace" at 9:30/40 am. Our staff awaits you at the meeting point inside the Terminal wearing Yellow uniforms with STAFF CIVITATOURS written and booking lists. Please check in w/ them, to be escorted to your bus.

• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • Visitors must pass through metal detectors at the security check point. Please expect to wait 20-30 minutes to clear security. A dress code is required to enter the Vatican Museums and knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. This dress code is strictly enforced and you will be refused entry if you fail to comply with requirements • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
