Enjoy the warm summer days in Yosemite by paddling around one of the many beautiful lakes in the area! If the water level is low enough, you can float down the Merced River through Yosemite Valley!
The inflatable paddle boards and kayaks will fold up to fit inside your car. You will receive a life jacket for each person and an electric pump that will connect to your car's cigarette lighter.
You can rent the equipment for multiple days. We rent in 24 hour blocks of time.
National Park Boating Rules for the Merced River: • The Merced river is open to boating when the gage height at Pohono Bridge is below 7 feet at 8 am. • Every occupant of a boat, raft, or inflatable must wear a personal flotation device each day. • You may put in and take out your boat/raft at Stoneman Bridge and Sentinel Beach, but not anywhere between.
If the Merced River is too high for boating, we suggest bringing your kayak or paddle boards to Tenaya Lake.
Duration: 2 days: This rental lets you keep the equipment for 2 days. (48 hours) If you need more time, please book the 3 day rental.
