Remake Your Own Kimono Experience in Tokyo
- Choose your favorite antique kimono from over 340 types and remake it to take home. Once done, you will be able to wear it by yourself!
- Learn how to remake Kimono; Using iron and hemming tape to make it. Decorate the kimono you made with easy-to-wear obi, obiage, and obi-string.
- There is an additional charge for purchasing an obi (starting from JYP 4,000), but you are welcome to wear it for free for a photo. When you buy an obi, you will also receive an obiage and objime as a gift!

Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
There are 4 levels of kimonos, red stickers, blue stickers, green stickers, and yellow stickers. The price of this experience is for the lowest level red sticker kimono. You can also choose a different kimono on the activity date (blue sticker + JPY 2,000, green sticker + JPY 4,000, yellow sticker + JPY 6,000)
Only women's kimonos are available
Children's kimonos are made differently from adult's kimonos. It's a dress tied with a string, so it's easier to wear
a bag for carrying kimono
To wear a kimono properly, you need to flatten your chest. If you have a kimono bra (bras for hard running), please wear it. You can rent it for free at the store. If you have spats, please bring them or wear them under your pants or skirt

Our Favourites
It takes about 40 minutes to put on a kimono. This experience allows you to remake the kimono so that it is easier to wear and take it home. We won the gold prize at the famous OMOTENASHISELECTION, where about 30 companies are selected from over 1000 companies. Reservations are also accepted for men. Since the length of the kimono cannot be adjusted for men, this experience will involve printing the kanji for the name and family crest on the kimono.
