It is a 1.5 hour drive from Munich to Salzburg. Experience the beauty of Salzburg, home of Mozart and the Sound of Music. The Lake and the Castle Fuschl. Experience your first Sound of Music memory at the ecclesiastical Renaissance castle Fuschl, located on a headland above the emerald green lake. The castle was used in the film`s opening scene and other panoramic shots.
