Safety is our priority on this transfer for our guests, it is our company policy for all our drivers to drive with extreme care especially with children on board (Please contact us if you have kids below 1.35m in height travelling along, this is to ensure the availability of the child seat before accepting your booking). And our driver are trained to drive within the speed limits.
Smoking and eating is not allowed in the vehicle. This is to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene level for all our guests.

- Preferred pick up time (Do take into consideration that you need to check in at least 2 hours before the flight departure time)
- We value your business and will do our best to accept all bookings, we will arrange for another vehicle in our fleet for the pick up if there is multiple bookings for the same timing.

Please be at the hotel lobby and ready for pick up 5-10mins before pick up time. The driver will look for you at the hotel lobby. Driver will wait for a maximum of 10mins after the agreed pick up time. Then after driver will leave and consider no show (No refund)

Please be at the hotel lobby ready to be pick up 5-10mins before pick up time. (You might want to proceed to the hotel driveway pick up point 2-3mins before pick up time.) Most hotels does not offer a waiting/parking area therefore we seek your understand to be ready before the pick up time. The hotel staffs would not allow our drivers to park or stay at the pick up/drop off zone for long as that will jam up the traffic. • Please advise if you have additional large items apart from standard luggage or you have more than 4 large size/Check-in luggage • Package includes pickup from accommodation venue to Changi Airport direct.
