We always try to purchase tickets in advance, however due to the high demand at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, there is a possibility that tickets may not be available. Therefore, early morning departures (~4am) may be required so that the driver can stand in the queue for tickets.

Hotel pickup takes place 2 hours before the scheduled tour time. Travel time: 1,5 hours with english speaking driver. Groups maximum of 7-8 people.

Save time planning your own transport by having Krakow hotel pickup and drop-off included. By going on a guided tour, you are able to understand more about the context of the site and the things that happened there. The driver will take you to the Museum entrance, give you tickets and tell you all informations you need to know. The tour take place in 30 person group with a local guide. Each participant recives headset. The first part of the Auschwitz Museum tour last 2 hours. The second part, Birkenau, last 1 hour. There will be shuttle bus between camps. After the tour the driver will take you back to the hotel.
