Tegenungan Waterfall
The beauty of Tegenungan Waterfall does not only become an attraction for domestic or foreign tourists, local people also often visit this waterfall. Its a part of the Petanu river flowing along the village of Kemenuh, it reaches to the height of up to 20m so you can feel the sound vibration of the falling water. The beauty of Tegenungan waterfall in between green rocky walls can be seen from the first stop point where you can find local stalls serving food and beverages.
Tirta Empul Temple
Tirta Empul Temple is an important temple complex and holy mountain spring located in the village of Manukaya in central Bali. The site serves as a legendary setting of a traditional tale about good versus evil, its also a national cultural heritage site. The complex built in 960 AD is also a silent witness to the old Balinese kingdom years, particularly at the time of the Warmadewa Dynasty. Another nearby and prominent site on top of a hill is the presidential palace, Istana Tampaksiring, built during the years of the nation first president, Soekarno.
Kintamani Highland
Kintamani Volcano has been the most favorite tourist destination in the central mountains area of Bali. With the magnificent view of its caldera, and also the beauty of Lake Batur which fills the large part of the caldera, the crater of Mount Batur is the central interest of the place which is estimated to have 13 square km size. The view is the main reason to come here. Surrounded by the captivating nature of Mount Batur, you will find plenty more reasons to linger in the crater itself, and be sure to also take in the joyous winding road along the lake shore to Toya Bungkah, Pura Ulan Danu Batur, or even the hot springs.
