After the historic center tour, you will have some time (approx. 2-3 hours) to explore the Altmarkt square and its immediate surroundings, taste the local specialties, and go shopping in the heart of Dresden on the famous (Prager Straße)

Next to the Frauenkirche, the Zwinger is the city's most famous landmark. Originally, it was supposed to be the courtyard of a magnificent castle, but it was never built.
