The Domaine National de Saint Cloud is a historic place that was the home of many kings and queens of France (from Catherine de Medici to Henri III, Philippe d'Orléans, Marie Antoinette and Napoleon III). Although the castle was burned in 1870, the gardens designed by Le Nôtre and its Grand Cascade are still visible today.
