There is a stop for lunch, but lunch is at the customer's expense.
The lavender season is July but you still can enjoy other flowers and the beautiful scenery of hills from June to September.

Farm Tomita
Farm Tomita is one of Japan’s best lavender gardens, and this farm has a massive 12 hectares carpet of lavender in vivid purple color. Visitors also can enjoy other kinds of flowers such as poppies, baby’s breath, ferns and herbs from spring to autumn. Even in winter, lavender flowers can be seen in the warm greenhouse. The farm also sells original lavender products, like lavender scented candles, soaps, perfume, drinks and lavender.
Shikisai no Oka
The name Shikisai-no-Oka is created by combining “Shikisai (color)” and “Shiki (four seasons)” This is a flower garden where you can leap into the grand nature of Hokkaido throughout the year. Shikisai-no-Oka is in Biei-cho, a scenic town on a hill. Here, a 7-hectare hill is carpeted with flowers from April to October. You can enjoy colors and fragrance of several dozen different flowers such as tulip, lupine, lavender, salvia, sunflower, dahlia and Japanese anemone according to the season.You can enjoy riding a tractor bus named “Shikisai Norokko” going round the hill for leisurely time, “Buggy” and “Cart”.
