The Penguin Parade occurs every evening at sunset for a duration of 1 hour. Visitors must arrive at the visitor centre before the penguins cross the beach, however to experience all the activities and attractions on offer it is recommended that you arrive at least 1-2 hours before sunset
The date of your visit to the Penguin Parade must be booked in advance and will be printed on your voucher. You may visit other attractions within 6 months of redemption, either before or after your Penguin Parade visit
The outdoor viewing at the Penguin Parade remains open with a maximum of 450 visitors. The cafe, restaurant, and retail stores in the Penguin Parade visitor center are closed. The Koala Conservation Reserve and Churchill Island are open, but as a precautionary measure, the Nobbies Visitor Centre and Antarctic Journey are closed. By car: Phillip Island is 90 minutes away by car from Melbourne. Allow further 20 minutes from the bridge to get to the Penguin Parade. Free car parking on site.
