With the help of your native host, you'll discover the unique flavors of local cooking while learning about traditional ways of life. In the class anyone will produce his/her own Orecchiette pasta. The pasta produce is cooked all together.
You can participate to the cooking. Our house will be your house.
At sunset, with a fresher climate, an unusual masterclass. For this season only, we will teach to make our local pasta, the orecchiette, under the summer stars in the countryside with musical accompaniment. Starting at sunset we will make pasta enjoying local music, known all over the world as Volare, such as local dances, typically danced at sunset for dinner. With tambourines, dancers exhibitions, good food and music all night over. The final dinner comprehends the homemade pasta in a meal of 3 courses: an appetizer, first (2 courses), vegetables, fruit, sweets, coffee and, generously, lot of amaro and wine. Self-made pasta, typical dinner, stars… and the music going on until you’ll resist... Please note: Food restrictions are welcomed, as celiac, gluten-, lactose intolerant, pregnant and kids. We do not serve normally raw fish or seashell and generally no raw food.
