6:00 am. We start from the pick up point and then drive for 2 hours and 40 minutes to reach the Parmigiano Reggiano producer.
9:00 am. Want to know how the world’s most famous cheese is made? We’re going to show you. We’ll take you to Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region, where you’ll learn how Parmigiano Reggiano—the most widely recognized and highly-sought after cheese in the world—is produced. We’ll also show you what makes it so special, and give you a chance to taste some of this delicacy for yourself!
10:30 am – We’re ready to visit a traditional Parma Ham factory! Prosciutto is a dry-cured ham, which means that it’s been preserved by salt and other ingredients for several months. Prosciutto di Parma DOP is the best prosciutto in the world, and even Italians from other regions will tell you so.
