The operator will contact you for confirmation during the waiting time. Failure to be available at the pick-up time will be marked as no show

The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes with no surcharge. If you do not show up or contact us, the driver will leave and no refunds will be issued

Please verify the name on the reservation and your destination to the driver before entering the vehicle to ensure that you have the correct transfer service and your trip is covered

The operator will call you once the driver has arrived outside your hotel / pick-up location. Please provide your contact number at the check-out page

Drive-thrus can be accommodated along the designated route at no extra charge. There is no need to inform the operator beforehand; simply communicate your request directly to the driver as long as it aligns with the designated routes

Please ensure that the drop-off location is correct. Additional charge will incur for incorrect drop-off address

This service can accommodate 1 small bag per passenger. All luggage must be declared upon booking. You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit

Please specify in your booking if you plan to bring a beloved pet with you. If you fail to indicate that you will be bringing a pet in your booking, the driver reserves the right to refuse the reservation. In this case, no refunds will be issued

For this booking, it is necessary for the pet to have a diaper. The driver reserves the right to refuse the reservation if the pet isn’t wearing any diapers. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Pets exceeding 20 pounds must be contained within a cage or crate. Failure to comply may result in the driver refusing the reservation without eligibility for a refund

Pets brought on the tour may need to stay inside or outside the vehicle at certain locations where pets are not allowed

The driver has the right to refuse service for non-compliant passengers/travelers

Please be reminded that it is required to bring a valid ID for identification and to avail of any discounts on entrance fees for seniors, students, or PWDs
