- Piazza della Signoria (behind the Neptune fountain). You will meet your guide at the back of the fountain statue. You will find a small public fountain. Please look for ITALY HIDDEN EXPERIENCES board. Please arrive 15 minutes before starting time. Latecomers will BE NOT accepted.

We had a great guide who took us through at a good steady pace, giving us enough information but not overloading us, very balanced; plus left time for us to take pictures and take in the ceiling paintings and the pictures, etc. Definitely recommend this.

Very knowledgeable Guide, very good value for money, we got to see a lot. Mindy there was so much to see I wouldn’t of minded if the tour had started at 1 pm as always plenty of things that we could’ve seen afterwards.

If you want to know a bit about the Medici family this is for you. The frescos are beautiful and the room of maps was very surprising
