- There are 2 entrances to the Palace of Versailles. Entrance A is for individual travelers, and entrance B is for group travelers; ticket holders may enter the Palace of Versailles via the corresponding entrance to their ticket
- It is possible that travelers with tickets may still need to line up for security for both entrance A and B during peak hours
- Strollers and wheelchairs are not permitted in the Palace of Versailles, please consider before booking
- Audio can be downloaded freely on mobile and the QR code is available on the ticket that the staff will give you when doing voucher redemption
- Due to the upcoming Olympic Games, the French government has implemented stringent security measures along the Seine River. Please note that from July 18th to July 26th, access to the peripheral area around the Seine (highlighted in red on the attached map) will necessitate a digital pass.
