Only a 45 minute drive from the centre of Sydney, you'll explore the oyster heartland of Sydney, the Hawkesbury River. We demonstrate the technique of shucking around the harvest table so you can enjoy oysters fresh from the shell at home. Cruise the scenic waters of the Hawkesbury River out to our saltwater paddocks. Take in the beauty of the Hawkesbury River and discover why this environment is ideal for growing oysters of all varieties and, in turn, how oysters give back to people and place.
