Ticket Redemption
Our ships from the shipping company "Kapitän Prüsse" start at Landungsbrücken Bridge 3. This is where the big trip through the port of Hamburg starts. Please go directly over Bridge 3 down to the jetty on the "inner edge". You will already see the ships when you are standing on Bridge 3. The big harbor tours start daily from 10:15 a.m., so you can meet our crews on site from 9:30 a.m. You can also get the relevant information about your booked trip at any time in our main office at Landungsbrücken 3a, upstairs next to the "BLOCKBRÄU" restaurant.
