Our restaurant uses seasonal ingredients carefully selected by the owner, who has a keen eye for quality honed through his market training, and serves a special rice dish made with Omi rice from his hometown as the final dish of the course. Utilizing the techniques he has honed over many years at famous restaurants in Tokyo and Kyoto, the dishes bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients to the fullest, and each dish is delicate and tender. The interior of the restaurant, which was renovated from a Kyoto townhouse, is a relaxing space with traditional Kyoto "earthen walls." While enjoying the atmosphere of the ancient capital from the carefully selected counter seats, you can enjoy the live cooking experience, such as the sound of the ingredients being grilled in front of you and the aroma that stimulates your appetite. We strive to provide hospitality that satisfies all five senses of our customers.
