- Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests,The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers. With varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
- Tickets and Charges: City Passes and personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Attraction prices may change, and tickets are non-refundable.

If you have more than one booking, please provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.
- In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the BUY 2 GET 2 FREE promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. The penalty amount will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels temporarily.
- Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
- Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

- Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.

- Smoking&Pet Policy: Smoking is prohibited on buses and in most hotel rooms (fines may apply-$250+). No pets allowed.

- Due to the presidential inauguration on 01/20/2025, the DN3 Day1 Washington DC tour itinerary will be adjusted as follows: a. Road closures and traffic congestion may occur on the day of the tour, so please refer to the actual arrangements of the tour guide for the itinerary on that day; b. Due to the shortage of hotel resources in the area near DC during the inauguration, after the Washington DC tour, you will stay in a Harrisburg area hotel: Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg West Mechanicsburg or equivalent.
