The tour includes approximately 6-7 food and beverage tastings. We will visit some of the establishments recommended in numerous cookbooks and stroll through the streets of the French Quarter visiting interesting food venues that are not just eateries. The cooking demonstration takes place at the New Orleans School of cooking, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere with enough food for lunch (see sample menu below and note menus vary by the day.) Hosts and guides are knowledgeable with enthusiastic energy.
