Infusions, lacto-fermentations and preservation techniques that set us apart. Dordogne River: Enjoy scenic views along the river, taking in the natural beauty of the region and why it’s so important to our wine. Diverse Wine Tasting: Sample at least six wines, including sparkling rosé (Pet Nat), light reds (Claret), orange wine, and modern Bordeaux reds. There will be something for everyone! Barrel Samples: Experience wines and other products directly from the barrel. Relaxation Time: Choose your favorite wine to accompany a selection of local cheeses, cured meat, and fresh bread, all enjoyed beside our vines.
