The operator will try to arrange seats for you, but since this trip is a carpool tour, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks and the operator will try to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day.

Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above time is only an estimate. Please avoid arranging other activities after the day's itinerary. If you lose money due to the wrong time, the operator will not be responsible for the relevant losses.

During the peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the trip may be advanced or slightly delayed. The specific departure time is subject to the email notification one day before the trip. Please prepare in advance.

Since the one-day/two-day tour is a carpooling trip, please be sure to arrive at the meeting place or attraction on time. No refund will be made if you fail to arrive on time. Any unexpected expenses and responsibilities incurred due to late arrival will be borne by you.

In the event of force majeure such as severe weather, the park may adjust the operating hours of attractions or performances without prior notice, or even cancel the operation and performance of some projects.

You are not allowed to leave the group early or midway during the group trip. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you and no refund will be given. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Please understand.

Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, red leaves, special flowering periods, lighting, fireworks, snowy landscapes, hot spring seasons, festivals, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather or other force majeure factors, and the specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to the official notice. If no official notice is received to cancel the event, the operator will arrange it according to the original plan. If the flowering period or special event cannot meet expectations, no refund will be made.
