- Pick-up time: 30 minutes before the tour start
- Pick-up point: Guest's hotel's lobby
- Meeting Location: Guest's hotel's lobby
- Luggage Instructions : There is a designated storage area available if needed.
- Private hotel transfer available for 1,000 THB (up to 5 participants).
- Infants (0–5 years) can join free of charge, but are limited to one infant per parent.
- One parent with two infants is not allowed to participate. The number of infants must be provided in the booking details.

There are two sessions: Morning session (09:00 - 11:00) and Afternoon session (14:00 - 16:00)
- 09:00 / 14:00 : Arrive at the Elephant Sanctuary
- 09:10 / 14:10 : Introduction to the sanctuary and its mission
- 09:30 / 14:30 : Prepare fruit and feed elephants on a tray (no touching or bathing)
- 10:00 / 15:00 : Walk to observe elephants roaming freely in nature
- 10:30 / 15:30 : Paint your own fabric bag as a souvenir
- 11:00 / 16:00 : End of program and return to pickup point
— Transportation Zone —
- Pick-up is available in Ao Nang, Ao Nam Mao, Krabi Town, Tub Kaek, and Klong Muang
- If you are staying on an island or at Railay Beach, pick-up is only available from the pier. Please note that boat transfer fees are not included.

Purchase Summary
- Every participant must provide their passport number upon arrival for accident insurance purposes, and a copy may be required if hospitalization is necessary.
- Please check your email or WhatsApp for the operator’s confiation message.
- Arrive at the meeting point at least 15–30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may be considered no-shows or charge may be applied.
- The itinerary may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Please check your messages or the operator for updates.
- Please info the operator in advance if you plan to bring a stroller, wheelchair, or large equipment.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
