The other dishes and vegetables are also harvested in the village, grown using ancient steep-slope agricultural methods (recognized as World Agricultural Heritage). Try your hand at life on a Nishi-Awa farm, harvesting seasonal crops like radishes, tomatoes, chestnuts, etc, or hunting with Mr. Kinoshita!
