We’ll start with a short guided walk through Bupyeong Market, one of the oldest and most vibrant traditional markets in Busan. Together, we’ll explore local stalls and select a variety of classic market foods to bring back to the studio.
At the cooking studio, you’ll dive into Korea’s three signature categories of traditional rice wine through a guided tasting session: Takju (aka Makgeolli), Yakju and Soju
Each drink will be paired with carefully chosen market foods to help you understand the art of Korean food and alcohol pairing, all while learning directly from a local food expert in a relaxed and friendly setting.
