Due to changes in weather and sea conditions, the itinerary and dive sites may be subject to change. SNS will be used to contact passengers the day before.
In case of poor weather or sea conditions, the dive site may be changed to 2 dive sites, please understand.
Please do not drink alcohol on the day of the event. Those who drink alcohol or are hungover on the day will not be able to participate in this trip and will be charged the full price.
Females may still dive during the physiological period, but they may still not be able to enter the water due to physical pain and other conditions. Please take this into consideration when booking (no refunds or changes can be made due to non-participation because of camps)
If you take part in the activities due to concealment of any illness, you will be responsible for the risks and harms
《For customers using a pick-up service》Free hotel pick-up and drop-off service within a certain area of Naha city. *Unavailable for Naha Airport, the Oroku(小禄), Shuri(首里) areas and outside of Naha city. If you have not decided on a place to stay in at the time of booking, please communicate your choice of hotel until 2 days before your activity date.
《For customers using a pick-up service》A final pick-up notice will be sent one day before your scheduled tour day by email or SNS.
If you wish to come with your own vehicle, you may use a parking lot at meeting location. (It is around JPY 500.)
If you are late or no-show on the day, it will be deemed as a cancellation on the day, and the full price will be charged.
If the passenger fails to inform any health-related problems when making the reservation and is unable to participate in the activity on the day, no refund will be provided.
If the diving activity is interrupted due to the customer's own reasons during the diving activity, it will be deemed that the passenger has automatically given up participating in the activity and no refund compensation will be provided.
If there are any disputes or factors that may endanger life safety, the supplier reserves the right to make the final decision on the diving activity permit, including the right to modify, suspend, change or terminate the content of the diving activity at any time.
