If you selected a pick up from a Cruise Ship: - We pick up directly from YOUR cruise ship dock in Juneau. No need to walk into town! - Meet on the main boardwalk/sidewalk RIGHT OUT FRONT of your ship. - The local representative for your tour will be wearing bright orange and carrying an orange flag. - Representatives will also be holding a green “Juneau Lighthouse Tours” sign. - Please keep your cell phone on you in case we need to get ahold of you. - DO NOT GO TO THE TRAM. **Meeting time is 15 minutes BEFORE your tour departure time listed on your confirmation. Any CHANGES to your pick up location must be made 24 hours in advance. If you cannot locate your representative - stay put and call our DISPATCH/TRANSPORT Staff.**
Meeting / End Points
- Please arrive at the Statter Harbor marina 15 minutes early. It is $5 to park at the marina. Please meet the Captain/Crew at the top of the gangway in front of the gray building (where the whale tail/restrooms are) under the covered area at Statter (Auke Bay) Harbor.
